990Wise is being built as an independent electronic filing application for nonprofits and their preparers. Our goal is a clear Form 990 workflow, from preparation and review to direct IRS submission.

Independence means developing our own filing application rather than relying on Tax990 or another commercial filing company. IRS authorization and the required testing must be completed before live filing can be offered; current authorization and live filing availability are not claimed.
